Merry Christmas!

The archive I began when my father died.
She cut them from paper cups and filled them with homemade cookies. Then she made calligraphy name tags for all.

About to go to sleep and looked at my hand on the sheets. I thought, “sigh, that is the hand of a much older man.”
No great self pity. Just calm reflection of the ever present reality of what is “me” at the close of 2017.
Nonetheless I am immensely grateful for all the countless blessings which surround me every single day.
