About to go to sleep and looked at my hand on the sheets. I thought, “sigh, that is the hand of a much older man.”

No great self pity. Just calm reflection of the ever present reality of what is “me” at the close of 2017.

Nonetheless I am immensely grateful for all the countless blessings which surround me every single day.

Robin made me some mini frittatas to have on hand for breakfast. Yum!
